Innovative Product Consulting
Refurbishment consulting for an energy consultant to retrofit her single-family house with 10 MW annual electricity consumption with an innovative energy concept, including a hydrogen management system, as energy self-sufficient as possible.
Building Life Cycle Assessment
For the continuation of a branch of Aldi Süd, a decision must be made regarding the refurbishment or new construction of the branch. The ecological consequences are to be taken into account in the decision by means of a comparative life cycle assessment.
Development of Sustainable Product Ideas
For the division BayWa Baustoffe of BayWa AG, we are jointly building a database that will show the ecological quality of their products. This will enable a wide range of applications in the future, from employee training to cost reduction in life cycle assessments.
Building Life Cycle Assessment
A new quarter is currently being built in the Werksviertel-Mitte district in Munich. For this purpose, the environmental impacts of the new buildings and the environmental savings of 7,000 metric tons of CO2 equivalent through the preservation of existing buildings were calculated.
Innovative Product Consulting
New construction consulting for Four Parx GmbH for two logistics halls with focus on closing the energy supply gap of about 5 MW daily with renewable energies and storage methods as well as greening the logistics halls. In addition, a sustainability standard was developed for their buildings.
Building Life Cycle Assessment
Savills GmbH has extensively refurbished one of its office complexes, consisting of four different building components. In order to achieve ESG verification according to EU taxonomy for this building complex, Greengineers were commissioned to conduct a life cycle assessment according to DGNB as well as a climate risk and vulnerability assessment.

We combine the fields of environmental engineering, geography, technical building equipment, architecture, civil engineering, gardening and landscaping, electrical engineering as well as other architectural topics.
